Belpointe OZ is an innovative real estate investment firm that leverages Exchange Traded Products (ETRs) to make real estate investing more accessible to retail investors. With a focus on growth, transparency, and efficiency, Belpointe bridges the gap between traditional real estate and modern financial markets, providing investors with well-structured, strategic opportunities.

To support this vision, I designed and developed a CMS-powered website that reflects Belpointe’s professional and forward-thinking approach. My goal was to create a user-friendly and visually engaging platform that effectively communicates investment opportunities while maintaining a seamless experience across devices.

Responsive design

The design follows a structured typography hierarchy using Roboto and Roboto Condensed, with a color scheme that incorporates deep blue (#00234E) and green (#639032) gradients, reinforcing trust and growth. Key UX considerations include:

• Short headlines (70px), long headlines (48–60px), and subheadings (24px) for readability and emphasis.
• Mobile-optimized styling (34px headlines with 40px line height) for a responsive experience.
• Interactive elements, such as gradient-styled buttons with animations, to enhance engagement.

To enhance functionality, I implemented custom CSS and integrated essential plugins, including:

• Popup Maker – for intuitive pop-up forms and windows.
• CF7 Google Sheet Connector Pro – syncing Contact Form 7 submissions with Google Sheets.
• Better Search Replace – for efficient content updates.
• CRM Entries – organizing form submissions for better data management.
• Site Health & Yoast SEO – optimizing performance and visibility.

By combining thoughtful design choices with practical solutions, I aimed to create a website that is both visually appealing and highly functional. I’m always looking for ways to refine my approach and deliver even better results.
