Junk Mate is an online junk removal platform that can help you to schedule your junk removal requests by simply taking photos or videos in terms of budget and time constraints. It’s a matchmaker between residential and commercial removal users and junk removal companies. It will be a full-fledged website (with Admin access to the backend) for Administration, managing the service providers, and analytics processing for junk Removal services.

Three roles are Junk Mate’s main target users: Customer who wants to use the service, Service Provider who provides junk removal services, and Administrator for managing the service providers. Our main goal is to design an easy to use, functional and effective backend dashboard to get a better user experience in this growing competition field.
Design Process
The rental market is big in New York City. When people deal with moving between rental apartments, they have to consider their junk stuff as well. In this case, people want fast and professional junk removal & disposal service. In the junk removal industry, an eco-friendly service solution and affordable price are still competitive factors. Junk-Mate provides a connection between junk remover companies and people who have the need to get rid of their junk stuff.
