Design Problem

Business Goal

The problem of timeliness and efficiency. In the digital world of rich media, print production or any OOH can not deliver diverse content to target users anytime or any place. Online and mobile platforms are crucial for target users to find and select what they want anytime and anywhere.

Competitors. Almabridge has seen a significant increase in competition lately. Competitors utilize modern-looking websites to expand their business market. In this case, a fresh-looking website will differentiate its unique brand identity from other competitors.
Thus, to effectively capture the market, building a cross-device responsive content website will largely convert potential target users ( in this case, millennials & their parents, teachers & professors, etc. ) from local schools to outside part-time education campuses. The website should include a way for users to get consultancy in a more convenient way and walk into Almabridge class. The client’s ideal site model is a minimal clean responsive content site. Assumption

Specific problem needs to be solved / Almabridge needs to know:

  1. What kind of program do users mostly interested in and want to consult about?
  2. How to effectively featuring top programs?
  3. How to visually attract millennials?
  4. How to optimize site’s SEO? What will be the key words?

Client’s final goal is to create an online LMS ( learning management system ) monitoring and tracking attendance of their class performances. (to do list)

  1. Our primary persona needs a friendlier first experience. Make the whole homepage refresh and focus primarily on a dynamic image slider featuring the best programs Almabridge offers. Minimize the content on the homepage.
  2. The goal of the website is to provide users basic information of each program as quickly as possible without having to navigate through the whole website.
  3. 68% of Americans and more than 85% of Millennials own smartphones. Optimizing mobile experience and mobile UI is a must for today’s business market.
  4. Most of the target users come to the website have interest in knowing more about the programs from the company. When they navigate through the whole website, it’s important to ensure the pop-up signup forms for them to submit their interest programs are everywhere so that they don’t need to navigate back to a certain page for this behavior.

A steady stream of new inquiries. The website serves both communities well, with positive feedback coming in regularly, and project-success metrics going up. Unfortunally, their website is not live for now.
